Add New Email Notification Recipient
If you need to add a new email notification recipient, you can do so from the Subscribe to E-Mail Notifications window on the Notifications screen.
To add a new email notification recipient:

Navigate to Configuration > Notifications.

Select + Add New. The Subscribe to E-Mail Notifications window opens.

Indicate which event the notification recipient will be notified of in the Notify Me Of field. This field is required.
Note: You can only select one event. If the recipient needs to receive notifications for multiple events, you must subscribe the recipient to each notification separately. -
If you selected Expiring Contracts in the Notify Me Of field, indicate how far in advance the recipient should be notified of expiring contracts in the I want to be notified about the contracts that expire in field. This field is required.

If you selected Expiring Contracts in the Notify Me Of field, indicate whether you want to notify the recipient about all expiring contracts or expiring contracts related to a specific contract owner in the contract type section. This field is required.

If you select All Contracts, the notification recipient will be notified of all expiring contracts.

If you select Filter by Contract owner, the Contract Owner field appears. Select a contract owner to be notified of expiring contracts related to that contract owner. This field is required.

Select the Organization. This is the organization (or organizations) you want to receive contract notifications for. This field is required.

Enter the email addresses that will receive this notification in the Destination Email Address(es) field. You can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas. This field is required.

Select Subscribe. A confirmation message appears, and the email addresses are subscribed to the email notification.
Note: Notifications are sent via email, which contain an unsubscribe link. Recipients can simply unsubscribe if at any time they want to stop receiving notifications.
