Change My Item Value

My Items are similar to a "favorite" item. When a purchase order is processed through the Exchange and an item price validates it to a contract in CCXpert.

Note: My Item values can be created manually or automatically, depending on the Use Price Validated Items on POs to Create My Items configuration setting. Refer to Settings Tab for more information.

To change My Item values:

  1. Search for and select the contract with the item you want to change the value on. Refer to Search for a Contract for more information.

  2. Select the item's My Item value. The item's My Item value is changed.

    Note: A red N indicates the item is not a My Item while a green Y indicates the item is a My Item value.
