Contract Synchronization

Contract Synchronization is the process that allows you to select which contracts in CCXpert will be sent to a client’s ERP or other GHX applications. For example:

• GHX Procure and select Marketplace subscriptions use synchronized contract data to update the items displayed in the catalog.

• GHX Data Connect customers that consume CCX price data via API can use synchronization to restrict which contracts should be sent via API to their ERP systems.

Specifically, within Contract Synchronization you can:

• Sync/unsync individual contracts. Refer to Synchronize Contracts for more information.

• Sync contracts by organization, vendor, and/or manufacturer. Refer to Assign ERP Values for more information.

• Sync/unsync contracts in bulk. Refer to Assign ERP Values for more information.
