Edit or Schedule Contract Releases

On the Bulk Contract Integration screen, you can release contract pricing data in bulk from CCXpert into a provider’s material management system. You can release all contracts on the same schedule or filter contracts in different combinations to allow for various schedules and options.

Edit or Schedule Individual Contract Releases

To edit or schedule individual contract releases:

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Bulk Contract Integration.

  2. Search for the contracts you want to edit or schedule. Refer to Search for Contract Release Schedules for more information.

  3. Modify the contract release schedules as needed. You can:

    1. Modify the contract release frequency in the Frequency dropdown.

    2. Modify the item inclusions in the Includes dropdown.

    3. Modify the contract options by selecting the Options link. The Options window opens so you can modify the contract options. Select Apply To Current Row when you are finished.

  4. Repeat Step 3 for all contracts you want to edit or schedule.

  5. Select Save Release Settings. Your contract release schedules are saved.

Edit or Schedule Contract Releases in Bulk

To edit or schedule contract releases in bulk:

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Bulk Contract Integration.

  2. Search for the contracts you want to edit or schedule. Refer to Search for Contract Release Schedules for more information.

  3. Modify the contract release schedules as needed. You can:

    1. Modify the contract release frequency for all contracts by selecting Edit Frequency. The Frequency window opens so you can make your frequency selection. Select Apply To All Rows when you are finished.

    2. Modify the item included for all contracts by selecting Edit Includes. The Includes window opens so you can make your item inclusion selection. Select Apply To All Rows when you are finished.

    3. Modify the contract options by selecting Edit Options. The Options window opens so you can make your option selections. Select Apply To All Rows when you are finished.

  4. Select Save Release Settings. Your contract release schedules are saved.
