Configuration

Users with Customer Admin level permissions can configure the following at the organizational level.

  • Recommendation Management: Select whether specific data will be synchronized automatically or manually, such as manufacturer part numbers and HCPCS codes. Automated ERP system integration settings are also on this page.

  • Description Management: Add a scheme to manage item descriptions, such as always showing them as upper case.

  • UNSPSC Management: Upgrade your organization's UNSPSC version. The three most recent versions are listed.

  • Power Sourcing Management: Manage how the columns are set up in the power sourcing output files at an organizational level.

  • Manage Users: Add and edit user accounts in the GHX User Management application.
