Expedite Items
You use the Expedite Items screen to:

View items available for curation that are available for expedited curation or that are being expedited.

Expedite an item to be manually curated by GHX Content Operations.

Export or email items.
There are two tabs:

Provider Items: Items that can be selected for expedited curation. If both the manufacturer and vendor are identified (status of In Progress), or neither is identified (status of Not Available), these items appear on this screen.

Expedite: Items that are selected for expedited curation. Items selected for curation from the Manufacturer Matched screen also appears here.
View Items Available for Curation
You can view a list of items and apply filters to narrow down the information.

In the Data Connect Content Workbench sidebar, select Curate Me, Expedite Items.

To apply a filter, select Filter, then enter your filter conditions. The screen shows the filtered items.

To customize the columns that are shown, select Column, then select or deselect the columns you want to view.
Expedite an Item for Curation
You can select up to 250 items within a 30-day rolling time period to be expedited and manually curated by GHX Content Operations. The items are curated within 72 hours on business days, starting at 12:00 AM MT of the day the item is submitted to the expedite queue.

On the Expedite Items screen, select the Provider [your organization name] Items tab.

Select the box for one or more items.

Select Move, Expedite.

The item(s) move to the Expedite tab to be curated.

Export Items

On the Expedite Items screen, select the Provider [your organization name] Items tab or the Expedite Items tab.

Select the box for one or more items.

Select Export, then the file type. The exported file is downloaded to your computer.
Email Items

On the Expedite Items screen, select the Provider [your organization name] Items tab or the Expedite Items tab.

Select the box for one or more items.

Select Email, then the file type you want attached to the email. A New Message box opens.

In the To field, enter one or more email addresses. Add a comma between email addresses.

Enter any additional text in the message body.

Select the box claiming responsibility for the content.

Select Send Request. The message is sent.
