Data Connect Overview

Data Connect is a tool that helps enrich data for medical, surgical, and clinical supply attributes. This helps provider organizations standardize item data in their enterprise resource planning systems (ERPs) so that processes such as ordering, invoicing, payment, and patient care go more smoothly.

Data Connect provides proactive and continuous item and price management by continually collecting item master data and extracting it into our application. It contains data from the GHX master catalog, which contains millions of curated items.

Your organization can automate as much of your information as possible back into your system through the use of an API (Application Programming Interface). Data Connect is integrated with three ERP systems:

  • Workday

  • Oracle

  • Infor

A prerequisite for using Data Connect is that your organization must subscribe to the GHX Exchange Enterprise for Cloud.
