Content Workbench

Content Workbench is where you manage your item updates. It provides proactive and continuous item management by continually collecting item master data and extracting it into our application.

The item master data is compared to the GHX master catalog and any differences or updates are shown. You then resolve those differences and bring that data back into your ERP to keep the data in your system accurate and up-to-date.

Integrated Search

Integrated Search is a feature available to Workday customers that allows them to connect with the Data Connect system through an API (Application Programming Interface). You can search GHX's database for specific items and bring those records into your Workday system, creating new entries in your item master. It helps you find and use reliable data from GHX's catalog directly within your own system, making it easier to manage and update item information.

Price Workbench

Price Workbench uses a daily price extract from your ERP to compare your ERP item price against the contract price sourced from CCXpert, and identifies differences between the two prices. You can then use Price Workbench to update your ERP item price with the contract price, or you can ignore the price difference.

Price Workbench also provides a dashboard where you can monitor the potential impact of unresolved price differences and the savings realized as a result of resolving price differences.

Supply Chain Analytics

This is a reporting UI that gives you access to reports that measure and track supply chain metrics.

CCXpert

CCXpert is a standalone solution for managing and delivering accurate contract and price information across the portfolio of GHX solutions including the Exchange and Data Connect. Contracts and prices are maintained via automated feeds from Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and local contracts uploaded directly into CCXpert.

This is a local contract management application in which you can create a contract file that includes price updates, then use an API to integrate the file to your organization's ERP system.
