My Data Explorer
The Data Connect My Data Explorer report is used to data mine your organization's correlated data of item master, purchase order history, contracts and the GHX master catalog. You can use it for:

Identifying items in the item master that are not being purchased.

Determining purchases that do not exist in the item master.

Recognizing purchases without an associated contract.

Improving your processes and contract negotiations.
You can toggle the report view for:

Item master view: A single list of item master records with spend aggregated by Buyer Part #.

Facility View: Provides all item master records per facility by parsing spend by facility and Buyer Part #.
Customize a Report in My Data Explorer

Navigate to Data Connect Content Workbench > Reports.
Data Connect Reports opens in a new window.

Select My Data Explorer from the navigation menu.
The report opens without any data.

Toggle the report view to Item Master View or Facility View in the upper left side of the screen.

Select the Manage Columns button to select or deselect columns and rearrange them by dragging and dropping your desired order. Select the Update button to regenerate the column view.
The default columns are organized by GHX data, provider item master data, provider spend, and preferred contract data. -
Enter a search term in one of the available filters and select the enter key to regenerate the report. Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page to scroll right. You can also use advanced filtering by selecting the down arrow in each column.
This action will populate the report with relevant data based on your search criteria.

Once you've customized your report, save it for future reference. Select the Save button, enter a name and description, and select Save. You can access your saved reports from the My Reports tab.
