View Descriptions in the Virtual Item Master

After you apply new description schemes, go to the Virtual Item Master to see the impact on your item descriptions.

  1. Click the Virtual Item Master tab.
  2. Click View Selector and then click Summary View.
  3. Use filters to locate specific items.
  4. Click the Generated Descriptions sub-tab.

  1. Click View Selector and then click Spreadsheet View.

  2. Click Settings and then click Column Selection and Ordering. The Column Selection and Ordering dialog box opens.
  3. Select your description scheme in the Available Columns list.

    Note: Press and hold Shift on your keyboard while you click multiple description schemes.

  4. Click to move the item to the Display Columns list.

  5. Click Apply. The dialog box closes.
  6. Use filters to locate specific items.
  7. Locate the columns you added to the spreadsheet.
