Submit Items for Verification

Note: Only users assigned the Editor Access Level (user role) can submit items for verification.
Note: Refer to Job Aid: Item Verification for additional information.
  1. Navigate to the Virtual Item Master tab. A list of items appears.
  2. Select the checkboxes next to the items that you want to verify.
  3. Select Verify Item(s).
  4. The Verify Items dialog box opens.

  5. Select one or more verification categories.
  6. Type a note in the Comments field that describes the issue with the item.

    Note: This note is for the GHX representative.

  7. Type a note in the Customer Internal Notes field (optional).

    Note: Your co-workers can view this note, but not GHX personnel.

  8. Click Submit. NuVia sends the request to the Content Operations team.
