Document Repository
Document Repository is a cloud-based, centralized storage solution for securely managing your team’s essential compliance documentation, such as proof of trainings and Certificates of Insurance. When applicable, these documents can be automatically shared with reps’ Vendormate profiles, helping ensure consistent and seamless access to required information.
Credentialing administrators can easily monitor, manage, and track the status of documents, keeping records accurate and compliant. By consolidating hospital-required documentation in one location, Document Repository eliminates the need for manually tracking documents across multiple systems, rep profiles, or healthcare facilities. This streamlined approach improves audit readiness, supports smooth credentialing workflows, and helps administrators monitor team compliance with ease.

Document Repository includes various features within the Vendormate Credentialing product. These features include:

Document Repository account; on the Accounts screen, there is a specific Document Repository account that houses all documents related to your company.

Admin Resources and Rep Resources in the Resource Center; these resources are specific to your company and may include internal process instructions, templates, and other communications.

My Credentials
Note: My Credentials is not specific to Document Repository. However, My Credentials does let you manage all your required documentation. Documents set up in the Document Repository are displayed in My Credentials so you can manage everything in one place. Refer to My Credentials for more information.
Document Repository Account
Each company has their own Document Repository account that houses all documentation related to your company. This documentation can include commonly utilized documents, immunizations, W9s, certificates of insurance, proof of trainings, background check documentation, etc.
To view documents in company’s Document Repository:

Navigate to Accounts.

Locate and select the company Document Repository.

The Account Details for screen opens. Scroll down to the Documents section.

Review the uploaded documentation related to your company.
Resource Center
The Resource Center is a place for GHX and your company to make important information available to admins and reps. Documents such as internal templates, process guides, or communications can be housed here. Refer to Resource Center for more information.
When you navigate to the Resource Center, you can view rep- and admin-specific resources.
To view rep-specific resources:

Navigate to Resource Center.

Select (company name) Rep Resources.
To view admin-specific resources:

Navigate to Resource Center.

Select (company name) Admin Resources.
Reports
There are two Document Repository-specific reports you can run:

Document Repository Participation: Contains a list of reps that currently have your company Document Repository account.

Document Repository Doc Status: Contains details about the status of document requirements in the Document Repository. This report does not include documentation status for hospital requirements.
