Contract Details Tab

Contract Details enable users to manage all aspects of a contract efficiently, from item management to supplier relationships, contract adjustments, and document handling. Thus, they provide a complete toolset for contract lifecycle management.

Navigation

This tab is located on the Contract Details screen. To access this tab, search for and select a contract and select the Contract Details tab.

Field Descriptions

The following fields appear on the Contract Details tab.

Field Field Description

Add Contract Details/Edit Contract Details

Select to add or edit contract details. Button name differs depending on the existing information. Refer to Edit Contract Details for more information.

Description Displays a brief summary or details about the contract.
Tier Level Displays the classification or rank within the contract's pricing or terms structure.
Total Parts Displays the total number of individual parts or items included in the contract.
Effective Date Displays the date when the terms and conditions of the contract become active.
Expiration Date Displays the date when the contract's terms or conditions will no longer be valid.
Tier Description Displays a detailed explanation of the specific tier or level within the contract.
Source Displays the origin or provider of the contract's products or services.
Manufacturer Displays the company or entity that produces the items covered under the contract.

Organization

Displays all organizations associated with the contract.

Select an organization to display contract and contract item details for a selected organization.

Vendor

Displays the vendor associated with the contract.

Select a vendor to display contract and contract item details for a selected vendor.
