Use Predefined Views

Use predefined views in the Virtual Item Master spreadsheet view. Predefined views contain specific columns, in a particular order, with filters and sorts. These help you quickly locate item data relevant to the tasks you need to complete. Use predefined views created by GHX, or create your own view.

  1. Click View Selector in the Virtual Item Master.
  2. Click Spreadsheet View.
  3. Click the Predefined Views drop-down.

  4. Click a view in the list.

    Note: Find your User Views at the bottom of the Predefined Views list.
