Use VIM Spreadsheet Views
User views help you quickly locate a specific set of items for analysis or export. Arrange columns, apply filters, and use sorts to display and organize a list of items and attributes. Then, save that view as a User View.

- Click the Virtual Item Master tab.
- Click View Selector and then click Spreadsheet View.
- Select and arrange the columns you want to include in the view.
- Apply column filters or use the filter panel to locate a specific set of items.
- Sort columns to bring relevant data to the top of a column.
- Click View Selector.
- Roll your mouse over User Views.
- Click Create View.
- Type a descriptive name in the View Name field.
- Click Save.

- Open the Spreadsheet View of the Virtual Item Master and select and arrange columns.
- Apply column filters or use the filter panel to locate a specific set of items.
- Sort columns to bring relevant data to the top of a column.
- Click View Selector.
- Roll your mouse over User Views.
- Click Modify View.
- Click the View Name drop-down.
- Click the view in the list.
- Click Overwrite.
