Export Data in Excel Format

Export data from NuVia to Excel for further analysis. You can export data from most screens in NuVia. Look for Export in the top right corner of screens with a spreadsheet view. NuVia applies your current filters and column arrangements to exported data.

Note: If your list of results contains more than 65,000 lines, you cannot export to Excel format. Export the list in Text format instead.

  1. Narrow and organize the data in view using filters, predefined views and column selection.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Click Excel Format.
  4. Click Yes when prompted to confirm your action.

  5. Click Open when prompted.

    Note: The file will automatically save to your Downloads systems folder. If desired, save in a different location after viewing the file.

  6. Double-click the file name in Windows Explorer.
  7. Click File in Excel, click Save, and then save it to your computer.
  8. Use Excel functionality to analyze data.
