Configuration

Note: Only certain user roles have access to Configuration.

  • Admin has full access to Configuration.

  • Read Only has access to Contract Synchronization.

Configuration allows you to customize users’ CCXpert experience and manage certain contract attributes in bulk. Specifically, within Configuration you can:

  • Add, edit, or remove contract owner assignments in bulk, set contract owner rules, and review your contract owner list; refer to Contract Owners for more information.

  • Configure CCXpert application settings and update the Price Validation Hierarchy; refer to Settings for more information.

  • Add, edit, or remove vendor adjustments; refer to Vendor Adjustments for more information.

  • Configure notifications so that specific email addresses receive daily summaries of new contracts, contract updates, contract integration events, or expiring contracts; refer to Notifications for more information.

  • Release contract pricing data from CCXpert into a provider’s material management system in bulk; refer to Bulk Contract Integration for more information.
