Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first page you see when you open the Data Connect Content Workbench. This screen shows notifications and a list of work that needs to be done. The Dashboard shows any differences that are found between your data and GHX data that need to be resolved.
Notifications
View messages that GHX has sent during the previous 30 days, such as merger and acquisition notifications and item recall notices.
Tasks To Be Completed
Identify tasks that need to be accomplished including scopes that need to be reviewed. The information on this page is dynamic. That means that when you leave this page and return, tasks other colleagues have finished will be removed from the list. If there are no scopes or duplicates to be worked this area will be blank.
Task
Lists duplicate items that need to be reviewed today. Click the number in a column to review the list of items in the Duplicate Review screen:

Existing |
Items that already existed prior to the most recent item master file being processed. |
Parking Lot |
Items that a user moved to the parking lot for further consideration. |
Inactivate |
(Duplicate Review tasks only) Items that a user has determined should be inactivated in the organization's ERP system. |
Recommendation Scopes
Lists item recommendations grouped by scope, such as manufacturer part number or latex flag. Click the number in a column to review the list of items in the Item Recommendations screen by the relevant scope:

Curate Me - Vendor Matched
Lists items that are matched by vendor only when we can't match the manufacturer you are purchasing from. Click the number in a column to review the list of items in the Vendor Matched screen:

Curate Me - Expedite Items
Lists items that the system either matched vendor and manufacturer details (In Progress items) or neither (Not Available). Click the number in a column to review the list of items in the Expedite Items screen:
