Analytics
The analytics pages allow you to view key trading partner trends in near-real time. This data helps you to identify overall trends and areas for potential cost savings. For example, you might look for non-integrated channels to identify places where your organization could increase account registration and utilization. Analytics display trading partner activity in bar graphs, line graphs, and pie charts. Also, most analytics pages include a reporting table at the bottom of the page. You can view, sort, filter, print, and export this data, as needed.
Trends are determined by comparing data from the selected time period to the previous time period. In these help topics this is known as a "prior trend equivalent." For example, say you need to determine the trend for your organization's order exceptions. You click Analytics, select Order Exception, click Advanced Search, click Time Period and select Last 3 Days, and click Run Report. Intelligent Business Rules compares the most recent 3-day period (for example, November 28-30) against the previous 3-day period (for example, November 25-27).
Analytics include the following data types:
- G-Fax (Processed G-Fax POs and Exempt G-Fax POs) – Track your G-Fax channel order trends, including conversion rate and percentage of exceptions by type
- Order Exception – Track exception types, trading partners, and exception trends over time to identify and solve challenges
- Order Volume – Track your order volume trends over time and across trading partners, order channels, and order types
- Business Rules Analytics Overview – Track the impact of business rules to your orders
